Time has changed, and new agriculture demands being more and more efficient at the time of seeding. Making the most of the periods of good moist and ideal seeding time for each seed assures us superior results at the time of harvesting.

But this is not an easy task when tried in large surfaces. That is why TANZI has remained faithful to one idea: developing the air drill seeder with double-disc system of greatest features in the market.   • The row unit is manufactured from a single piece of cast nodular steel and mechanised by CNC. It has 16" opening discs, independent fertilizer drop and levelling wheel arm with bearings that eliminate all kind of maintenance and greasing. It allows toassemble any kind of component available in the market of precision agriculture, either electric drives in meters, down tubes with optical or inductive sensors, load cells, pneumatic air springs or electro-hydraulic actuators.
  • The new coulter system of 18" is assembled on bearings, which avoids premature wear and in turn is free from greasing. This combination is hitched to 44.4 mm diametre shanks that allow to work on the most aggressive soils without breakdowns.
  • Variable row spacing. The machine can be configured in the factory at any distance and then be modified in the field as many times as necessary.
  • Maximum penetration. Our exclusive flexible chassis, of 3 sections with floating hitch, with compensated hydraulic parallelograms, when descending transfers the total weight of the machine to the sowing unit and hydraulically folding wings.
  • The 1.5 metres of separation betweeen row units offer an excellent flow of stubble waste and at the same time offers great accessibility to perform maintenance tasks.
  • Minimum soil compaction and great capacity to move along "muddy" ground due to the great distribution of weight over its 12 high floatation tyres 400/60 15.5
  • Rocker system in the front part of the chassis that provides a great copy of the land and easiness to avoid obstacles such as gradients, caves or level curves.
  • Front or rear openers blockage to work with only one bar .
  • Air Carts available of 12,000 and 14,500 litres with 2 compartments or 16,500 litres with 3 compartments. These can be used for seeds and/or fertilizers, equally.
  • Air Drill dosage system of great international prestige, which assures an excellent and even distribution in each opener.
  • Metering boxes made entirely with non-ferrous materials to avoid corrosion by the use of fertilizers.
  • Highly reinforced chassis with hubs and shafts of extraordinary dimensions for extreme working conditions and transport
  • Optional extra fast auger of 250 mm or rubber conveyor for a better care of the grain.
  • Optional of electrohydraulic distribution with modification of seed rate and fertiliser from the tractor cab. It allows variable seeding and fertilisation by prescription maps.
